Client Care Center
The Client Care Center, formerly known as the BDC, has grown from a one-man show in 2005 to the 30 person team that we have today. CCC manager Todd McFarlane has formed a dynamic team that is excited and energetic about giving our customers an Unrivaled Experience.
The CCC specializes in Customer Relation Management. In other words, the staff of the CCC ensures that our customers have a great experience at Kendall from the point that they call, email or come into our stores, to the day that they drive a new car off one of our lots. The CCC will also provide training and support for Contact Management Software, confirm sales and service appointments with our customers and conduct customer surveys.

Chuck Spresser
History with Kendall: With absolutely no background with cars, I started in sales at Honda/Acura in 2001. I didn't even know what an alloy wheel was. In 2003, I took over the internet sales program with Honda/Acura, which was in its infancy stages. They told me it wouldn't take much of my time and to use the computer in the Service Department's customer service waiting area (when it was available). The program grew and then kept on growing. It eventually became the model for what we currently use at the Client Care Center. I accepted the position of Manager here in 2007. Favorite Experience at Kendall: Delivering a new Honda Pilot to a family at Christmas. It was a surprise present from their parents, who lived elsewhere. I videotaped giving them the keys at the front door and sent the tape to their parents. It made for a great Christmas that year. Your philosophy or favorite quote: |

History with Kendall: In 2002 I started as a Receptionist then went to Sales Assistant for our Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep Dealership in Cottage Grove. I am the Administrative Manager for the Client Care Center where I have been since it began. Favorite Experience at Kendall: I truly believe that the Longevity Breakfast was a real highlight in my employment with Kendall. History with Kendall:I started working for Kendall on 2/2/2007. I became a Supervisor on December 2007. Favorite Experience at Kendall: It was my first "long distance" appointment. A client emailed in and I was lucky enough to get him on the phone that morning, after a long and lengthy conversation he stated that he would fly in to check out the truck I had told him that we had in stock. That was the first "clue" I had that he was "far, far away". After setting up the appointment with our IM at the dealership, this client actually flew in from Florida (where he was working at that time) to the Portland Airport, rented a car from there and drove to our Dodge Dealership in Cottage Grove. After turning in the rental at the local Hertz, he bought the truck and drove it all the way to his home in Ohio. Seems that the diesel Dodge Ram he purchased from Kendall is not readily available in the state of Ohio. Your philosophy or favorite quote: |

History with Kendall: I started working for Kendall in February of 2008 as a Client Care Specialist. As of Sept. 2009 I became a Senior Client Care Specialist. Favorite Experience at Kendall: My favorite experience would be when I worked with a client from California for months who was looking for a Toyota Tundra. Our Internet Manager and I finally worked out a deal about 3 months from our first contact only through email. He came up and met with our Internet Manager, Mike, and Mike brought him over to my department so I could meet him as well. He was very appreciative of all the effort and time we took to find him the perfect truck. |

History with Kendall:I started as a salesperson at the Chevy store in September of 2005. I began as a Client care specialist a couple years ago when the CCC was brand new. Favorite Experience at Kendall: Helping find a car for the client's 25th Wedding Anniversary which was a surprise for the wife. History with Kendall: I came to Kendall from Romania Chevrolet where I was a Customer Relations Manager/BDM. Favorite Experience at Kendall: A customer of mine decided to trade-in his Toyota Tacoma, V-6, 5-spd, X-cab, 4x4, TRD after less than 3 years and very few miles to buy an SUV even though he added some nice options to it. Josh Schooley
History with Kendall: I started with Kendall Ford in July of 2003. Then, transferred to Kendall Dodge where I spent five great years. I spent a short time at Kendall Subaru before finding a home at the Client Care Center in February 2009. Favorite Experience at Kendall: Being part of the best Christmas blooper! I played the role of accomplice, to a husband who got his wife's Christmas present (Dodge Charger FT) stuck in the back yard. I learned two important lessons that day: Rear wheel drive vehicles do NOT have traction on wet grass and it IS possible to destroy a beautiful yard with one car. Your philosophy or favorite quote: |
